Activity

YTA MP3 is a web interface with two tools: looking up a public YouTube link and watching it in the official player, and converting to MP3 a file the user uploads and is allowed to use. It is not a news medium, it is not a shop in this version, and it is not affiliated with YouTube or Google.

Terms of use and prices

Use is governed by the terms and conditions. In this version both tools are offered at no price. If a paid service is added later, the price, taxes, and contracting steps will be shown before any charge.

Intellectual and industrial property

The design, the site’s own text, the code, and the name YTA MP3 belong to the owner or are used with permission, except third-party trademarks and content. YouTube and Google are trademarks of their owners. Copying this website in order to impersonate the site is prohibited. Titles and channel names shown in lookup are YouTube data and are displayed as they arrive.

Liability

The owner does not review in advance every link a user types or every file a user uploads. The owner is not responsible for the content of external sites or for use of the converter without sufficient rights. The site may be interrupted for maintenance, because of a hosting failure, or because an external provider such as YouTube or CloudConvert does not respond.

Links and privacy

Links to Google, YouTube, CloudConvert, or the Spanish Data Protection Agency lead to third-party sites with their own terms. Privacy is in the privacy policy and cookies are in the cookie policy.

Applicable law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. For a dispute, the courts indicated by the law have jurisdiction, including those of the consumer’s home where that applies.
