What the notice must include
An incomplete notice cannot be reviewed. Include:
- Your name and an email or phone number for the reply.
- The affected work, described clearly, and proof that you are the owner or their representative.
- The exact ytamp3.com address where the problem appears, if it is on a specific page.
- The YouTube link or the file name, if you know it.
- Why you believe the use is not authorised.
- A statement that the information is accurate and that you are acting in good faith.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What the site does with files
YTA MP3 is not an archive of songs or videos. A YouTube link only shows public details and the official player: the site does not download that video. The MP3 is created from a file the user uploads, and the result is temporary. We will review complete notices and reply by the same channel. If the content remains on a third-party service, you will also need to notify that service.
Notices in bad faith
A false notice can cause harm. State only what you can stand behind. If we receive a reasoned reply from the other party, we may ask for more information before removing or restoring content.
What this page does not resolve
This text explains how to notify the site. It is not a legal opinion or a court claim. Permitted use of the tools is in the terms and conditions, and the owner’s details are in the legal notice.
