What the site offers

YTA MP3 offers two free tools in this version. You can paste a public YouTube link to see the title, the channel, and the official player. You can upload your own file in MP4, MOV, WebM, M4A, or WAV, up to 100 MB, and request an MP3 at 128, 192, 256, or 320 kbps. The site may be unavailable, it may change, and it does not guarantee a result or a waiting time.

What you can do with each tool

A YouTube link is only for looking up public details and playing the video with YouTube’s official player. YTA MP3 does not download the YouTube video or its audio, and it does not bypass the technical measures of YouTube or Google.

MP3 conversion is only for a file you upload and are allowed to use: because you own it, because you created it, or because you have permission. Do not upload someone else’s private content, material you may not transform, or files whose only source is breaking a platform’s rules.

Independence from YouTube and Google

YTA MP3 is an independent site. It does not belong to YouTube or Google, it does not speak for them, and it does not use their brands to look like an official service. YouTube and Google are trademarks of their owners. Use of the player and of YouTube API Services is also governed by Google’s and YouTube’s terms.

Your responsibility

  • Check that you may use the file before you upload it.
  • Do not use the site to infringe copyright, privacy, or a third party’s terms.
  • Do not try to overload the service, test security flaws without permission, or reach areas that are not public.
  • The site may reject a file, an incompatible link, or a volume of requests that affects the service.

Files and third parties

The file you convert is sent to CloudConvert to create the MP3. The result is temporary: download it within the time shown on the page and check that it is the file you expected. YTA MP3 does not keep a library of songs or videos. We are not responsible for content you supply.

Ownership of the site

The design, the site’s own text, and the code of ytamp3.com belong to its owner, except third-party trademarks and content. You may use the tool. You may not copy the website and present it as this site.

Availability and limitation

The site is offered as it is. To the extent Spanish law allows, the owner is not liable for interruptions, loss of the file, indirect damage, or use that breaks these terms. Nothing here limits rights that the law does not allow to be excluded, including consumer rights.

Changes, law, and notices

These terms can be updated by publishing the new version on this page. They are interpreted under Spanish law. The courts of the consumer’s home in Spain have jurisdiction when the law requires it; otherwise, the courts of the owner’s address once it is published in the legal notice.
